The Night House

“The truth will surface.”

In the lakeside house her husband built for her, Beth (Rebecca Hall) is suddenly alone, with his things still where he left them. He was an architect, and he died unexpectedly. As she goes through his belongings she starts to find secrets he kept from her. David Bruckner directs it as a slow search through the house, room by room, with Beth carrying the camera's attention.
