The Night We Never Met

“A comedy with room for romance.”

Sam (Matthew Broderick) has had enough of his roommates, who ignore his ideas about hygiene and privacy. So he agrees to split a flat three ways, taking two nights a week while Ellen (Annabella Sciorra), a would-be painter tired of her marriage, and Brian, a sleazy yuppie about to wed, each take theirs. Warren Leight follows the arrangement until Sam and Brian swap nights without telling anyone, and Ellen thinks the tidy man is the slob.
