The Oak Room

“You're not going to believe what happened at The Oak Room.”

Steve (RJ Mitte) is a drifter who walks into a blue-collar bar in the remote Canadian town where he was born, snow coming down hard outside. He owes the grizzled bartender, Paul (Peter Outerbridge), an old debt, and he offers to settle it by telling him a story. Cody Calahan keeps the film inside that bar, and Steve talks on through the storm like a man who has no other way to pay.
