The Occupant

Javier (Javier Gutiérrez), once a successful executive, is out of work and has to sell the apartment he loves. When he finds he still has the keys, he fixes on the family who now live there, Tomás (Mario Casas) and Lara (Bruna Cusí), and on getting back the life he lost. The Pastor brothers keep the camera close and the pace tight, so the dread builds slowly.
