“In a world of choices, for one man there is no choice... he must face The Octagon.”

Scott James (Chuck Norris), a veteran martial arts expert, wants a chance to settle an old score with McCarn (Lee Van Cleef), the arch-nemesis he has not forgotten. That chance comes when Justine (Karen Carlson), a wealthy woman targeted by a ninja clan, hires him as her protector. Eric Karson sets the two of them against the whole clan, and Scott has to keep her alive while the people hunting her close in.
