Cristina Lopez (Brigitte Kali Canales) goes back to her ancestral home in Veracruz to report on sorcery and healing, and wakes up tied down, held by locals who insist she is the devil. Christopher Alender keeps the camera close and the room small. The only person who might listen is Miranda (Andrea Cortés), who has her own reasons to be there.
