“Unleash the power.”

Rudy Cafmeyer (Jean-Claude Van Damme), an artifacts smuggler, flies to Jerusalem to find his father, an archeologist who has been kidnapped. A scheming police chief wants him deported before he gets the chance, and a ruthless sect is after the same sacred scroll. Sheldon Lettich sends Rudy running through the city with a beautiful Israeli cop, Dalia (Sofia Milos), as his only help, and he keeps going because family is the one thing he won't smuggle past.
