The Ordinaries

Paula (Fine Sendel) lives in a world where people are sorted into leads, supporting characters and outlines, and she studies at the Main Character School in hopes of graduating to the top tier like her late father. The way he died doesn't quite add up, and she starts pulling at the loose ends. Sophie Linnenbaum, who wrote the film with Michael Fetter Nathansky, builds this world with the flat, tidy rules of a movie set.
