The Other Side of the Door

“It was never meant to be opened.”

Maria (Sarah Wayne Callies) is a mother who cannot forgive herself for the death of her young son Oliver, and the grief has made her distant from her husband Michael (Jeremy Sisto) and her daughter Lucy (Sofia Rosinsky). She turns to a ritual that promises one last goodbye to the boy, and it opens a door that was meant to stay shut. Johannes Roberts keeps the family at the center, with Lucy caught between the mother who wants her son back and the thing that answers.
