The Other Woman

“Love makes everything possible.”

Emilia Greenleaf (Natalie Portman) has just buried her infant daughter, and nobody around her seems to know how to stand next to that. She is a young lawyer who married her boss Jack (Scott Cohen), and now she shares a house with his young son William (Charlie Tahan) and his sharp-tongued ex-wife Carolyne (Lisa Kudrow). Don Roos's film is about how grief makes ordinary people clumsy and unkind to the ones they have left.
