The Outlaws

“Kickstarting a plan to mop up the mob in one clean sweep!”

In Seoul's Chinatown in 2004, newcomers from China have started terrorizing civilians and taking over territory that other gangsters considered theirs. Detective Ma Seok-do (Don Lee) answers with fists and little patience for procedure, and the local gangsters, squeezed out, end up working with the police. Kang Yoon-sung builds the film around Ma, a big man who treats a savage loan shark named Jang Chen (Yoon Kye-sang) as personal business.
