The Passengers of the Night

Elisabeth (Charlotte Gainsbourg) needs to earn her own living after her marriage ends, with two teenage children still at home. It is election night in Paris in 1981, and the streets are full of people celebrating while she takes a job on a late-night radio show. Mikhaël Hers follows the girl Elisabeth brings home, Talulah (Noée Abita), and the odd tie that forms between a tired mother and a teenager with nowhere to go.
