In Gotham City's underground, a trans woman known as Joker the Harlequin (Vera Drew) is trying to make it as a stand-up comedian while caring for her ailing mother (Lynn Downey). She navigates failed auditions and small clubs while her estranged Mr. J (Kane Distler) haunts her past. Drew constructs the film as a ramshackle parody, mixing comic-book absurdity with genuine vulnerability.
