The Perfume of the Lady in Black

Silvia Hacherman (Mimsy Farmer), an industrial scientist, starts seeing things that should not be in her apartment, visions tied to her mother's suicide and to herself as a child. Francesco Barilli, in his first feature, treats her rational mind and the hallucinations as two things competing for the same room. She meets Roberto (Maurizio Bonuglia) and keeps working, and she keeps trying to explain it all away as her grip on what is real starts to loosen.
