The Phantom Creeps

Dr. Alex Zorka (Bela Lugosi) is a scientist who builds elaborate inventions, each one meant to bring him closer to ruling the world. Ford Beebe and Saul A. Goodkind tell it across twelve chapters, a 1939 serial in which foreign agents and G-Men both go after his machines. If either side takes them, the man who made them loses his only way to power.
