The Phoenix Tapes '97

Peter Miller is a father who found a set of tapes two years after his son Dustin was shot and killed at a traffic stop in Texas. He believes Dustin smuggled them out of a classified government agency, and that they hold the last footage of four campers who vanished during the Phoenix Lights in 1997. Turner Clay presents the film as found material, and what is at risk is whether anyone will ever learn what happened to them.
