The Platform

“There are 3 kinds of people; the ones above, the ones below, and the ones who fall.”

Goreng (Ivan Massagué) enters a vertical prison where inmates are stacked in cells and fed by a platform that descends through the levels each day. The platform arrives loaded with food at the top floors, but by the time it reaches the lower levels, little remains. Goreng must navigate the hunger and violence around him, knowing that next month he could be assigned to a cell where the platform brings almost nothing.
