In Afghanistan, a group of Korean tourists has been taken hostage by a Taliban faction, and Seoul sends the diplomat Jung Jae-ho (Hwang Jung-min) to get them out. Yim Soon-rye builds this from the 2007 hostage crisis, and it comes down to two men with different methods and very little time.
