The Poseidon Adventure

A terrorist act turns a cruise ship over on New Year's Eve, and the survivors are left hanging in a hull that is now upside down. Bishop August Schmidt (Rutger Hauer) and the Homeland Security agent Mike Rogo (Adam Baldwin) lead a small group of passengers up through the wreck, with John Putch directing the climb as one long night. Schmidt asks for faith and Rogo asks for obedience, and the group has to decide which of them to follow.
