The Possession of Joel Delaney

“If you believe, no explanation is necessary. If you don't believe, no explanation is possible.”

Norah Benson (Shirley MacLaine), a wealthy Manhattan divorcee, wants only to keep her two children and her brother Joel (Perry King) close and in one piece. Then Joel begins to speak and act like someone else, and Norah comes to believe he carries the spirit of a man who beheaded young women in Spanish Harlem. Waris Hussein leaves Norah in her bright apartment with Joel, the children asleep down the hall.
