The Postman

Adem (Kemal Sunal) carries the mail through his neighborhood and has quietly fallen in love with Sevtap Yılmaztürk (Fatma Girik), a woman nobody else in town has wanted. To win over her father, the two send a telegram in his name, and the wedding preparations start moving. Then her brother Latif (Erdal Özyağcılar) comes home from Germany, and Memduh Ün's comedy puts the marriage in the path of a man who will do whatever it takes to stop it.
