The Power of Kangwon Province

“Love's fleeting when most in need.”

Ji-sook (Oh Youn-hong) has just ended things with a man, and she goes to a mountain resort in Kangwon Province hoping to get some distance from it. There she falls for a married policeman (Kim Yu-seok), not knowing her ex, Sang-kwon (Baek Jong-hak), is staying at the same resort. Hong Sang-soo follows the three of them as their paths cross, and what holds the film together is the unfinished business between Ji-sook and the man she left.
