The Princess and the Goblin

(1991)Directed by József Gémes82 min · GAdventure, Animation, Family, Fantasy
“An enchanting princess, an outrageous goblin, a magical adventure for the entire family!”

Princess Irene (Sally Ann Marsh) is a young girl with a magic power of her own, and a kingdom that has goblins living beneath it. József Gémes adapts George MacDonald's 1872 novel, with a young warrior boy named Curty beside her as the goblins begin to threaten the land. Irene is the one who has to use that power, and she is still a child when she has to.
