The Princess Bride

A farmhand named Westley (Cary Elwes) sets out to rescue his true love, Princess Buttercup (Robin Wright), who has been kidnapped by the evil Prince Humperdinck (Chris Sarandon). He gathers companions along the way, including the swordsman Inigo Montoya (Mandy Patinkin), each with their own reason to fight. Reiner frames the adventure as a story told to a sick child, letting magic and comedy move at their own pace.
