The Professor

Richard Brown (Johnny Depp) teaches literature at a college and has long since stopped pretending to enjoy it. Then a doctor tells him he has terminal cancer, and he starts saying whatever he thinks, to his students, his colleagues and his family. Wayne Roberts keeps the focus on the life Richard has left, and on his wife Veronica (Rosemarie DeWitt) and daughter Olivia (Odessa Young), who are still standing in it.
