The Protector

“Vengeance Knows No Mercy.”

Two elephants vanish from Kham's village in Thailand, and the trail runs all the way to Sydney. Kham (Tony Jaa) follows it, and a Thai-born Australian detective, Mark (Petchtai Wongkamlao), reluctantly helps him past a gang run by Madame Rose (Jin Xing) and her bodyguards. Prachya Pinkaew keeps the camera close and the cuts few, so Jaa's fights read as one body moving at full speed.
