The Queen of Hearts

Adèle (Valérie Donzelli) is left shattered by a breakup, and the film follows her through the weeks that come after. Her cousin Rachel (Béatrice de Staël) finds her a job and tells her to sleep with other men until the heartbreak lets go. Donzelli, directing herself, turns ordinary scenes into song, and the search for a cure keeps circling back to the face of the man she lost.
