In 1925, New York thief Chris Dubois (Jean-Claude Van Damme) is sold into slavery by Lord Edgar Dobbs (Roger Moore) and lands in Siam, where he trains in Muay Thai. That training is his way into Ghang-gheng, a winner-take-all tournament in Tibet where the deadliest fighters in the world compete for the Golden Dragon. Van Damme makes his directorial debut here, and he stages the bouts as the main event.
