The Raven

“The Macabre Masterpiece of Terror!”

A raven taps at the window of Dr. Erasmus Craven (Vincent Price) and turns out to be a fellow sorcerer, Dr. Bedlo (Peter Lorre), who has been changed into a bird and wants the spell undone. The cure sends the two men toward Dr. Scarabus (Boris Karloff), a rival magician living in a castle. Roger Corman stages it all as a broad, cheerful stage show, with the three leads trading barbs in every doorway.
