The Reconquest

Olmo (Francesco Carril) and Manuela (Itsaso Arana) show up to meet again, fifteen years after a promise they made as teenagers during their first love. Jonás Trueba moves between the two of them as adults and the two of them as kids, Young Olmo (Pablo Hoyos) and Young Manuela (Candela Recio). The film is about time, about what a person keeps of who they were and which words and gestures they stay faithful to.
