The Replacement

Andrés Expósito (Ricardo Gómez) is a young police inspector who takes a posting in Denia, a small town on the Mediterranean coast of Spain in 1982. He hopes for quieter days, and for air that might help his daughter's fragile health. Óscar Aibar sends him instead into the strange death of the inspector he came to replace, where the fear of what a town keeps hidden follows him home.
