The Resident

“She thought she was living alone”

Juliet Devereau (Hilary Swank), a doctor in New York, wants a clean start after leaving her husband Jack (Lee Pace). She finds it in a spacious apartment with a view of the city, and a landlord named Max (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) who is handsome and always close at hand. Antti J. Jokinen follows her through the rooms as she begins to feel she is not alone, a sense that grows stronger behind every wall.
