Steve Barker (Johnny Knoxville) is a broke, well-meaning loser with a mountain of debt and an uncle, Gary (Brian Cox), who keeps pushing him toward one terrible idea. The plan is to pose as a contestant in the Special Olympics and win the gold. Barry W. Blaustein directs it as a broad, loud comedy with the Farrelly brothers producing and a cast of real athletes alongside the stars.
