A menacing presence is following four university friends who have turned off their planned trail in the Swedish forest. Luke (Rafe Spall) and Phil (Arsher Ali) hike with Hutch and Dom, a reunion trip that has already been shaped by loss. David Bruckner keeps the camera close among the old trees, so the dread comes slowly, from what the woods let the men glimpse.
