The Road Within

“On the road. But a little bit off.”

Vincent (Robert Sheehan) has Tourette's syndrome, and after his mother dies he wants only to carry her ashes to the sea. He is sent to a clinic under Dr. Mia Rose (Kyra Sedgwick), where he meets Alex (Dev Patel) and Marie (Zoë Kravitz), then takes off with both of them in a stolen car. Gren Wells, directing her first feature, puts the three of them on the road together, and what grows between them has little to do with the destination.
