The Rocket

In Northern Laos, a boy named Ahlo (Sitthiphon Disamoe) is born with a mark his family reads as a curse, and every misfortune that follows gets laid at his feet. To earn his place back, he decides to build a rocket and enter the dangerous competition held across the region, with Kia (Loungnam Kaosainam) and Purple (Suthep Pongam) beside him. Kim Mordaunt keeps the camera on Ahlo, a child carrying the blame for things he never did.
