The Roommate

“No job, no money, no shame”

Vivi (Fiona Palomo) is a young writer who needs a roommate to cover the mortgage on her apartment. The one she lands is Ro (José Eduardo Derbez), who looks like the ideal tenant until it becomes clear he never pays any rent. Pedro Pablo Ibarra turns the arrangement into a comedy about two people sharing one home, and what it takes to let a stranger in.
