The Rose Maker

“Every garden blooms in its own season”

Ève Vernet (Catherine Frot) once ranked among the most famous rose creators in the world, but her nursery outside Paris is now close to bankruptcy. Her secretary Véra (Olivia Côte) has hired three workers, Fred (Melan Omerta), Samir (Fatsah Bouyahmed) and Nadège (Marie Petiot), none of whom has ever tended a garden. Pierre Pinaud directs it as a crowded ensemble piece, giving each newcomer a place in the frame.
