“Power always comes at a price”

Colin Pryce (Nicolas Cage) is a young Louisiana congressman who wants to rebuild the Gulf coast after the BP oil spill and be the one people remember for doing it. His marriage to Kate Haber (Sarah Paulson) and his ties to his father, Rayne (Peter Fonda), start to pull at that plan. Austin Stark, in his first feature, keeps Cage's eyes fixed on a New Orleans where the oil is still in the water.
