An ancient power, sought by a man who will stop at nothing, has drawn Mathayus (Victor Webster) into a fight he did not choose. A friend he trusted has betrayed him, and Drazen (Will Kemp) is the opponent he must outwit. Mike Elliott puts Mathayus in the middle of it, sword in hand, beside Valina Reskov (Ellen Hollman), with the betrayal still fresh on his face.
