The Secret Lives of Dentists

In the Hurst house, two dentists share a practice, three young daughters, and a routine that has held for years. One night David (Campbell Scott) watches his wife Dana (Hope Davis) from the wings during an opera performance, and he begins to suspect she has been with someone else. Alan Rudolph keeps the film close to the household, and what David can't bring himself to ask hangs between him and Dana.
