The Secret of Kells

“Turn the darkness into light”

An unfinished book is the reason a twelve-year-old boy leaves the walls of his abbey. Brendan (Evan McGuire) lives under his uncle Abbot Cellach (Brendan Gleeson), who is building a wall against the Vikings, until Brother Aidan (Mick Lally) arrives with pages that must be completed. Tomm Moore sends him into the enchanted forest, where Brendan has to face his fears if the book is ever to be finished.
