The Secret of NIMH

(1982)Directed by Don Bluth83 min · GAdventure, Animation, Family, Fantasy, Mystery, Science Fiction
“Right before your eyes, and beyond your wildest dreams.”

It is early spring in a farm field, and the plow is coming. Mrs. Brisby (Elizabeth Hartman), a widowed field mouse, has to move her family before it arrives, though her youngest son is too sick to be carried out into the cold. Don Bluth's debut sends her to a crow and a colony of escaped lab rats, and what she asks of them is simply a safe place for her children to sleep.
