Arrietty

“Discover a secret world within our own.”

Under the floorboards of a country house, a family no taller than a thumb has been taking things from the people upstairs for years. Arrietty (Mirai Shida) is fourteen, and her father Pod (Tomokazu Miura) is about to let her come along on her first night of borrowing. Hiromasa Yonebayashi's debut follows what happens when a human boy, Sho (Ryunosuke Kamiki), catches sight of her, and the family's hiding place suddenly depends on no one else knowing.
