The Selling

“5 bedrooms. 4 bath. 12 ghosts.”

Houses across the market are going cheap after the crash, and the ones Richard Scarry (Gabriel Diani) is trying to sell come with a paranormal presence nobody listed. Richard is a very nice real estate agent, and Emily Lou has Mary Best (Janet Varney) and Dave Ross (Jonathan Klein) around him as he works. What the film shows is how a decent person keeps smiling and closing deals while the market and the afterlife both turn on him.
