“She was young. She was beautiful. She was the next.”

Alison Parker (Cristina Raines) is a fashion model who tried to take her own life as a girl, after what she saw of her father's affairs. She moves into a Brooklyn Heights brownstone split into apartments, then starts meeting the neighbors, who are odd and a little too interested in her. Michael Winner follows her as she tries to learn what the building hides, with her boyfriend Michael (Chris Sarandon) beside her and a priest watching from an upstairs window.
