In a Thai jungle, Dr. Yuen Chun Hap (Chin Siu-Ho) tries to pull a girl away from a sacrifice being carried out by the Worm Tribe. For that, he is marked with seven deadly blood curses, and the only permanent cure waits back where he started. Lam Ngai-chai sends him back among the sorcerers, with Tsui Hung (Maggie Cheung Man-yuk) at his side, as the curses close in.
