The Seventh Juror

“She was the victim...and he was...”

Grégoire Duval (Bernard Blier) is a respectable middle-aged pharmacist who, in a moment of madness, kills a young woman sunbathing by a lake. He runs from the scene and goes back to his shop and his routine as if nothing has happened. Georges Lautner puts him in the jury box at the trial of the dead woman's boyfriend, with his wife Geneviève (Danièle Delorme) beside him at home, unaware of what he carries.
