The Seventh Veil

“It Dares Strip Down a Woman's Mind”

Francesca Cunningham (Ann Todd) wants her hands back. A concert pianist, she can no longer play, and a doctor, Dr. Larsen (Herbert Lom), uses hypnosis to draw out the men and memories behind the fear that has taken hold of her. James Mason plays her guardian Nicholas, and Compton Bennett tells it as a series of flashbacks, each one lifting another veil.
