“The Shorts” by Aldo, Giovanni and Giacomo

A stage, a handful of short comic scenes, and a four-person cast with no obvious thread tying them together: that is what I Corti sets out in front of a live audience. It was recorded over two nights in March 1996 at the Teatro Nuovo in Ferrara, with Arturo Brachetti directing the theatre production. Aldo (Aldo Baglio), Giovanni (Giovanni Storti) and Giacomo (Giacomo Poretti) work through each sketch with Marina Massironi, and the room laughs along with them.
